Heritage Raptor Wildlife Centre
in Boodjidup Rd, you can listen to
Phil Pain telling the story of Eagles Heritage on 87.6FM Cowaramup. As Phil says, having an eagle land on their arm is a
life changing experience for some people. On the way back to town you can
visit the Margaret River Drinks Company in Minchin Way and sample
their their unique range of soft drinks produced right here in Margaret

of environmentally friendly products as well as learn about the conspiracy
that has led the a ban on growing this crop in much of the Western World.

Readers & Writers Festival
is created and presented by Arts Margaret River, a not-for-profit community
organisation. If you are passionate about the arts, storytelling and the
sharing of culture and ideas, this is the place to be.

has a new home. The popular Yallingup designer-goldsmith has
a new gallery in the centre of Margaret River township in a stunning studio
located at 135 Bussell Highway.
The new store has easy off-street parking. There are also new faces behind
the counters. |

The manicured gardens at
Aravina Estate
are both stunning and secluded. On
arrival to the Estate, the expansive vineyard can be seen through the
sweeping Claret Ash trees and manicured lawns. Visitors are met with a sea
of pink and blue hydrangeas as they cross the bridge to the Cellar Door and
Restaurant. |

Arts Margaret River is a not-for-profit
cultural community organisation. We provide assistance to our
many local artists and performers with an advocacy and advisory
service. Our organisation aims to involve all members of the
community in all forms of the arts. Our aim is achieved through a
variety of programmes: music of all forms, theatre and dance
performances, visual art exhibitions and events, Readers and Writers
Festival events, various workshops, community celebrations including
free outdoor concerts and activities, along with our volunteer run
cinema. |

Our gardens are an interesting mix of Biodynamic, Organic and
Permaculture styles that will indulge your senses and hopefully
inspire you to experiment at home.
Most sites are linked to other concepts such as food, wine,
well-being, education or community. They are suitable for people of
any age.
Entry is free. Some also offer specialised guided tour by
arrangement and for a reasonable charge. You can choose your own
itinerary and decide to visit one, a few or a number of our gardens. |
